How to Install OSCAM on OpenATV

OSCAM is the most popular softcam for card sharing on Enigma2 systems. OpenATV makes OSCAM installation particularly easy with its integrated softcam manager.
📦 Method 1: Using OpenATV Softcam Manager (Recommended)
- Press MENU on your remote control
- Navigate to Setup → Softcam Manager
- Select "Download and Install Softcams"
- Choose OSCAM from the available list
- Wait for automatic download and installation
- Restart GUI when prompted
⚡ Method 2: Manual Installation
- Download the correct OSCAM IPK file for your receiver
- Transfer to /tmp folder via FTP
- Go to Menu → Setup → Software Management → Install local extension
- Select the OSCAM IPK file and install
🔧 Configuration & Start
- Go to Menu → Setup → Softcam Manager
- Select OSCAM from the installed softcams list
- Press GREEN button to start OSCAM
- Configure your card sharing server via web interface or config files
✅ Success! OSCAM is now installed and running on your OpenATV receiver!
